I don't feel like I've read enough to comment on this but I'm very confused at the moment.

I'm really not enjoying this. The scenes are transitioning really quickly and I don't understand what's going on. I don't understand the relevance.
My dad has told me to persevere, which I'm going to do but I'm disappointed at the moment.

I thought I was going to finish this today but I'm too stressed about school to even think straight.

I've got to power through this one to actually have stories set in Norway. Supposedly #8 is one of the best Scandinavian crime lit ever written. I will make it there.

I haven't read any of this because I've been binge-watching Bones but that's over now. (Sob.)

This was one of Hawkins' influence, which has finally triggeered me to read this book but I've always wanted to read this.
I'm also enjoying longer reads at the moment; I'm expecting good things.

So distracted by Bones but I love the whole world of this. The plot is slow but I don't care. I love it. A character has just died and I'm really upset.

Bones is incredibly distracting and I can't do both at the same time so this is being sacrificed. Its still great though.

I'm balancing between books because all the ones I'm currently reading are demanding in different ways.
-The Romanovs is mentally demanding and requires me not too be tired to digest.
-In Cold Blood requires me to have my laptop on and time to just sit and listen, which is difficult at the moment.

So this is the in-between book and I'm looking forward to exploring Gaiman's America.

This is incredibly dense but I'm really enjoying it.
I just need to be in the right frame of mind to read this but at the moment, I'm still exhausted - too much has happened in the last couple of days!

I swear I've read more but there's like 20 pages of introduction (in Roman numerals) which aren't counted in the word count.
