Well, suddenly things have come to a head. And an added bonus: a fairly extended reframing of Little Red Riding Hood into something very dark.

I had a couple of longish walks and a couple drives and suddenly I’m almost halfway through well, lots is lots clearer now.

Reading a story by Elizabeth Bear. It’s good but I’m too tired to read it in one sitting.

There are some things that don’t make sense, or I disagree with. There’s a lot more though, that is good and that lots of singing teachers and singers have listened to sight of.

Arrrgh! I ran out of audio book time on Spotify with only a few more hours to go! And at £9.99 for 10 hours I think not. I’ve switched to eye-reading now. Which is much better anyway, because the narrator, Anne Flosnik, is pretty intolerable.

Started yesterday! I’m surprised at how quickly this is going in audio.

We listened to a lot of this when we were on our road trip home from Italy with the boy.
