What a desperate ho.

Stupid book! Thanks for making me cry for the last 30 pages or so! Aww ... who am I kidding? This was a fantastic story; one of those rare books that both children and adults can enjoy.

Some parts of this are a bit darker than what I'd expect in a children's book. I'm still enjoying it a lot though.

Dang it, I just realized tonight's episode of Vampire Diaries is a rerun. That makes me really really sad.

I really like the way the guy's voice changes when he's doing each male character. It's gotten to the point that when he talks I can tell which character it is, and that's really neat. I want more sex though, dang it! And why are the girls always virgins? I'm getting kind of sick of that trope.

What is wrong with this girl's nipples? And I have to say I was waiting for it, and I giggled when the author finally said "cock," lol. It definitely feels extra naughty for a guy to be reading this book. Seriously though, she should go to a doctor and get her nipples checked.

This is very interesting and fast moving, so much so that I'm thinking about staying up later than I should to keep reading! It's been a while since I've found a well-written and engrossing children's book ... I just looked and the last one I read like this was When You Reach Me, which was this year's Newbery winner. Savvy got last year's Newbery honor. Huh. Guess I should take a look at their list!

I'm determined to finish at least one of the library books I have out before I go there tomorrow to pick up the 5 they have on hold for me.

OMG I HATE THIS BOOK.

So, I absolutely HATED Heart of the Dragon. I abandoned Intertwined, even before a good friend of mine finished it and said it was terrible. So why did I start this one? I was bored at work and I figured, at the very least, the sex would be hot enough to keep me awake while sorting through data. Sigh ... it's actually not that bad ...

Ugh. I wish I had never bought this one. I'm forcing myself to finish it because I paid for it, but it's just so freakin' boring!

An ok book was just made SUPER LAME with a dumb last few chapters, retarded actions by the main character, and a sickly sweet ending. Bleh. I truly think I'm done with this author.

Definitely going to give up on the audiobooks for this series and continue in regular ol' book form. The narrator is pretty good, but I almost had to stop listening when the character got punched in the face and the narrator talked like she had marbles in her mouth. It was the most annoying sound. Plus, like I said before, a woman doing a man's voice just isn't sexy, so I think I'm losing a bit of the atmosphere.

Meh.

I've decided I need to finish a non-audio book I'm in the middle of before I start either Bayou Moon or Blameless. I'm kind of bored with this though, I hope we get some action soon - violent or sexual - I don't mind either.
