Already one of my favorite mangas ever

Sazed goat. Goatzed. Didn’t care particularly for the vin love triangle plot but that is over with now. Osuer reveal was crazy. I hope breeze and dazed and gang don’t actually die for the city at the end of this book, I can really see it going either way with Sanderson 😓

Got the iconic “I miss her” panel and the “preoccupied with a single leaf, you won’t see the tree. Preoccupied with a single tree, you’ll miss the entire forest” panel back to back

This books is really good

Took a little bit to get used to the dialect and fast pace but I am cooking through it and definitely interested

A little looser than the last one since they are throwing hella characters into it but it is tons of fun and feels like the plot of a special episode from the 2012 tmnt series

Arashi and Isabella are lowkey my favorite characters at this point. This manga is about so many things but it basically comes down to fashion and a toxic central relationship lol. The fashion show is finally about to start lfg

Chapter 21 was excellent and seeing Yukari develop into this fashion world is great. this did get somewhat more explicit than I had expected lmfao. Also calling George the “hero” of the story is crazy💀 that dude the villain. The fourth wall breaks to all of there roles always gets me though

I find this one to have a lot less of a driving plot than and then there were none. Instead it kind of adds flair and comedy and I’m sure the reveal will be great but it’s not as much of a page turner as attwn . Currently i would say feeling is that Ratchett faked his death but we’ve kind of seen that before so maybe not. Perhaps the Doctor though? Mary debenham testimony is next

George is a really interesting character he seems to be quite the scumbag manipulator though 💀 i like yukari a lot as a main character but also why she folding like that rn
The fourth wall breaks and annoyed expressions are really funny

Sazed’s travels are really interesting. Elend trying to hold the capitol still feels like dalinar in stormlight and learning more about the kandra lore has been dope as well

Really enjoying this so far, i like the characters and the art style. George is awesome

It is picking up here in the evidence section

Very excited to get into this one, finishing book one definitely left me ready for more

Just finished volume 1, quite exciting. I like Otsu a lot, I freakin hate matahachi’s mother, takezu is awesome

Absolutely incredible artwork. Kind of surprised by how fast the pacing is off the bat. Thoroughly enjoying it

Osaragi fight!! Framing it so they look like kaijus is so awesome 🔥 the Sakamoto “god of killers” panel is an all timer

Really enjoying it at this point, Epend getting a perspective now is appreciated and vins fight was dope. Cool to see the change in the court like the calm before the storm

Absolutely amazing so far, just loaded with some of the greatest panels and best lines I’ve read before and really nails what the series is capable of the best since volume 1

Set narrative pacing, the flow and composition of the panels, and the excellent artwork make it clear that this is a masterful work. The story drew me right in and has been a mixture of unsettling, bizarre, and fascinating

Usually these books are launching into a dramatic final act around this point, not sure how this one will wrap up but this has been a good stretch

Quite good- glad to see that Elend is not a villain, hopefully that remains true. Who gave away the rebellion army! Really liking the parallel between the lord rulers diary entries making him seem down to earth and kelsiers rising reputation making him seem more dangerous

Sabetha is so annoying… been quite entertaining though, loved the scene where Jean and the buff actor beat the hell out of each other then shared a cigar

The Vin and Lord Eland plot is definitely my favorite, very interested in that part although all of the parts are pretty solid right now

Onto part 3 now, part two got pretty exciting and I am much more engaged now. Elend is my favorite character so far he is super interesting. I also feel like these excerpts at the beginning of each chapter are like diary excerpts from the Lord Ruler or something that paint a totally different picture of him than what the story does, which I absolutely love.
