Tea After Midnight > Recent Status Updates

Getting back into this book, it takes place during December/winter so I paused reading it until now.

I’m finally liking this book, it’s been a convoluted drag until the last quarter.

This is taking a long time, the world building is a bit convoluted

I originally listened to about a quarter of this on audiobook and realized I needed to read it so I could really soak in the rich world building so restarting this and physical form

This story is weird & I’m loving it. Alexis Henderson never does me wrong.

The spicy scene with Kisten, the demonic turmoil, this is one of the best in the series.

One chapter in & im already over this judgmental FMC. Author is putting way too much effort in describing people’s physical attributes negatively, people are old & have different sized bodies, no need to make that a part of their personalities.

Now it’s giving “Good Omens”

The book where we are introduced to Ciri! I love her.
