Was hoping the plot would pick up, but omg it’s so slow. Trying to finish out of obligation at this point.

This book is not super exciting & is extremely slow placed, but I am enjoying it. The descriptions are immersive & I can see the scenes clearly in my head.

Ugh this book is a just as good as I remember it so far. I love the cozy cottage herbal witch with all the sass & her imperfections & baking, also the sassy sidekick pixie & perfect vampire roommate.

This was my favorite series in college and it’s been 15 years since I’ve read it so I’m using my Spotify hours to re-listen to the whole series and I am super excited

I figured I would reach for a monster romance as a pallet cleanser, but I forgot that this series is actually a full-blown science fiction/political/world building drama. So here we go.

Enjoying this flower witch cottage core chaos of a woman with unhinged powers she can’t control.

I’m finally able to read a lot again with March over! Loving the FMC in this one & relate to her a lot. Def the book that has focused most on the “science” of the Duskwalker and how they grow & evolve.

Definitely the goriest/darkest Duskwalker book so far

Ugh I just ran out of listening hours & the audiobook is so good! Have to wait 9 days to finish, but def buying the physical copy.

Omg I have fallen so far behind on reading this month. Getting strep knocked me out for a week, I could barely even read, but liking this 2nd book in the series so far.

I realized I’ve been reading too many serious stories, I need a silly spicy monster pallet cleanser before I start the next Broken Earth book. This one is hilarious so far.

The pacing in this is fantastic, love Harrows writing style.

I had an Audible credit & a local book club is reading it this month & I’m trying to get back into Audiobooks, so why not! Enjoying it so far.

I ran out of audiobook hours on Audible, will finish this when I get my next batch lol
