Enjoying the world building & pacing and feel like we are getting into the thick now. Excited to see where this story goes.

Still waiting for some deep moral commentary or excitement. A bit dull.

A girl in the woods who bakes with a magic recipe book & the village thinks she a witch? Um YES! It’s me! Writing style is a bit wordy for me, but liking the cottage core fantasy vibe.

Loving this cute cozy found fantasy vibe. Also loving the magic system!

I’m currently Audiobooking this with my husband & he’s being affected in the same ways I was 🤣

This wasn’t what I was expecting, but I’m enjoying it.

Me thinking this was a dark fae romance and it’s just a dystopian prison survival trope. It’s fine, not amazing & not exactly what I was expecting, absolutely no romance or spice yet.

This book is giving me hunger games vibes so far and the FMC is a bit of a pick-me. Not super original so far. Hopefully it gets better

Reading has taken a back seat to Tears of the Kingdom & sewing cosplays, but still making daily progress to read a little
