Reading continues to go mostly pretty smooth up to this point.

I'm thoroughly enjoying this book so far. It's been relatively slow/empty in terms of true things happening (at least compared to...well...85% of KoD), but man oh man is it GREAT.

Can't wait for shit to hit the fan again :z

I'm diving into this far too soon after KoD, but FUCK IT DUDE.

Chapter 5 was a bit of a step up, albeit a tad long. I will say that the names of Eloi and Morlocks is SO FAMILIAR TO ME, and I cannot figure out why. I've never read or watched anything directly related to The Time Machine, but I still know those names from *somewhere* lmao

The start of the Time Traveler's supposed tale was cool, but for some reason, it's been a lot slower reading the first couple chapters were D:

Starting off strong just a couple chapters in. Surprisingly captivating writing.

I simultaneously have all of the emotions and none of them at all.

That was a far more indirectly bombastic conclusion than I ever imagined for this story, and one far more bittersweet than I had anticipated. The melancholy that followed certainly weighs heavy on me.

Last several chapters were freaking AMAZING. Really loving this thing to pieces at this point.
