I've been waiting for this book all year. Reading via audiobook.

So far, so good. Want more from the past.

I have really missed these books. They are some of my favorites and the audiobook is laugh out loud funny. Wish I had a character map or timeline thing for characters but I'm picking it up as we go.

These books are my favorite and the audiobooks are *so* much fun! I have been waiting for this book all year and I'm glad that I finally got a hold of it. I wish I had a chance to reread The Dark Prophecy before I got back around to this, but I'll probably do a full reread of this series at some point.

This has been a fun ride and a great audiobook.

This girl's boyfriend is an utterly terrible human. Worse than horrible. Holy crap.

Did some deep diving into the background of this book and it is very interesting that these started with a super popular podcast by the author. I even think the voice actor for Caleb is the same. I was kind of hoping this would be more of a male friendship book than a romance, but I'm appreciating the mental health rep and diversity. Don't know if I'll end up picking up the others in this series, but maybe.

Let's try this...

This is not my year for reading. I have started so many books and not finished them. Started Loki by Mackenzie Lee (didn't finish). Started the 12 Dancing Princesses retelling (didn't finish. To horror). Started The Rest of Us Just Live Here (didn't finish, just not compelling). Started Educated (didn't finish. Too close to home). I just don't have the energy or desire to read.

So far, so good. Had a lot of "ah, yes" moments.

I'm not saying parts of this haven't been predictable, but it has been fun.

Made a theory right at the beginning when we met Tyrus. Guess who was right?? This girl.

This got a lot of hype when it first came out. I wasn't expecting a whole lot but it is actually really interesting. Already pretty brutal though with TW for drugging, rape, murder, and torture.

Picked up the audiobook of this yesterday. I've only read it once before (that time in physical copy) but the audiobook is making me feel very homey. The narrator is awesome and I almost feel like it's moving faster as an audiobook than the physical book did (which may help those who thought it was slow). Glad I decided to reread.

Usually id stick this out till the end but I'm quitting because this is really bad.

Since I haven't been reading much lately, I was a little intimidated when I picked this one up at the library today. However, it is one of my most anticipated reads of the year and it is really good so far. It is nice to be reading a Seanan McGuire book again. So far, this one has a lot of Scythe and Vicious vibes and I'm down to see where it goes.

I am face palming so hard right now. This book could have been so good but this is a hot mess.

I am loving this hardcore. Acevado's writing style jives with my soul and I love me some food.

Getting back into school work and it is so tempting to just zone out with some Youtube and not read. Hopefully, I'll get back in the mood soon, especially with all the library books I currently have out.

Tried to power through this morning on two times speed to finish before it was returned to the library, but I didn't make it in time. Only an hour left though and I think this is a solid 5 stars :)

Trying to power through this because the audiobook is due soon but *controversial opinion* I genuinely like this more than THUG. I think the pacing in the back half of THUG dragged and the pacing in this is much better. I also dig the female rapper plot and Bri's rhymes are actually awesome.

Even though we are in very different worlds, I relate a lot to Bri's sentiments.

I am digging this so far. It is really interesting and I am liking the characters. Hoping for a quick fun read for this vacation.
