I was recommended this book by a therapist I had when I was in IOP in 2020. I immediately bought it but was absolutely not in the right mindset to read it. Since then, it's one of the books on my shelf I have thought about most often. Hence it being added to my Backlist Books Goal for 2024. So far, I've noticed ways that my self compassion has improved over the years. Which is nice. And also ways I can improve.
