Listened to the first 5th of this book while driving 3.5 hours to get home while sick as a dog (I’ve taken a Covid test and ya girl’s positive 🙃)

Anyway, my first impression is this: “Why does the writing feel so immature? I don’t remember For The Wolf being this juvenile? Is it the narrator?”

And on that note, the narrator’s take on Solomon’s pronunciation of consonants is 😬🙈 not good
