Sadly, this one feels empty; empty of heart, empty of spice (even though the whole thing is about the smut, it has no heat to it), empty of feeling.

You know it’s a bad sign when (1) you haven’t pick up a book in over a week (2) the audiobook comes through on Libby and despite thinking “this is the solution! I’m sure I’ll love it now” you’re pausing the audiobook so that you can listen to the music pumping out of one of the exercise classes instead 🥴

It’s okay 🤷🏻‍♀️ I don’t think I’d continue if it wasn’t so short

I didn’t work in the industry long, but it was long enough that this wild romp through the culinary underbelly feels strangely nostalgic

Feeling a bit fatigued by all this

I cried within the first 10 minute. Not only does Simone write the most utterly affecting sentences, she also truly captures what depression feels like, such that anyone who’s ever suffered from it (me) instantly recognizes the truth of it.

I plan on taking my time with this one even though it's short. I focused so much on Dramione in April that I need to play a bit of catch-up with TradPub in May

Not sure how I’m feeling about KoA. Some part are blowing my mind, other parts are really dragging

How delightfully strange. This won’t be my favourite, but I’ve certainly been enchanted by this fantasy-esque erotic novel
