Thanks, everyone!R.M., of the fantasy, I definitely recommend Wild Magic, Dragonsong, Resistance (but you've read that one, right?), and Call of the Herald, as well as the rest of the books in those series. The Rain Wilds Chronicles by Robin Hobb and The Unexpected Dragon are also very good, but do have non-explicit sexual content.
I have read Resistance (Jaye L. Knight, correct?). I'll have to check a couple of those out--anything with dragons piques my interest. Thanks for the recommendations!
