Теодора Лалова-Спинкс (1992) е родена във Варна и израства в София. Юрист, доктор по фармацевтични науки и право от Льовенския университет (КU Leuven), Белгия. Нейни стихотворения са публикувани в множество български и чуждоезични издания. Лауреат е на наградата за поезия на Националния литературен конкурс на фондация „Св. Климент Охридски“ (2016) и се класира на второ място на Националния младежки поетичен конкурс „Веселин Ханчев“ (2016). „В такива следобеди“ (изд. Арс/Скрибенс, 2021) е дебютната й стихосбирка.
