Finished no. 21 in the Harry Bosch series The Wrong Side of Goodbye
by Michael ConnellyAs with all of this series 5★s -lots of action and very easy to read.
I have just finished A Cold Death in Amsterdam by Anja de Jager it was a good crime procedural with some interesting side story
I started off the year with two books in one of my favourite series:Where Serpents Sleep and What Remains of Heaven by C.S. Harris, both 5★

Just finished a debut by Aussie author Anna Snoekstra. Only Daughter is about a young woman impersonating a girl who disappeared in Canberra many years earlier.

I enjoyed Cast Iron by Peter May 4★, the sixth book in his Enzo series but didn't love it as much as his Lewis trilogy. This could be because I haven't read the rest of the series although I thought it read fine as a stand alone novel.review: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...

I've also read some Agatha Cristie graphic novels that were so addictive and full of suspense and drama and of course murder & crime. Currently, I am reading The Indigo Spell by Richelle Mead, the #3 book in the Bloodlines series.

Just finished Everything You Told Me by Lucy Dawson
This was an impulse audiobook dowload from Borrow Box when I was out one day, waiting for someone and had finished the book I had with me. Didn't know anything about it and had no expectations.
2.5* - I could see the ending way in advance, so I don't know how the main character didnt work it out!
I think some readers of thrillers will enjoy the SciFi thriller Dark Matter by Blake Crouch 5★, the story of a man who wakes up in a different world and will do anything to get back to the woman and son he loves. Review: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...

I read Pines by this author and wasn't overly impressed. However I obviously have to give him a second chance:)
Author David Baldacci is such a popular writer that I decided to try one of his books - perhaps I chose the wrong one.Memory Man disappointed me so much that I gave it only a couple of stars.

Finished the 11th in the Inspector Sejer series The Drowned Boy
by Karin Fossum.A quick read - 182 pages according to my Kindle.
5★s - A vain young woman has a son born with down syndrome but he is found dead in a pond very close to their house - he is 16 months old.
The inspector never believes the stories the mother relates.
Just finished The Last Thing I Remember
by Deborah BeeTold from 2 different POV - a coma patient and her 13 yo neighbour and friend. I really enjoyed this one.

The Conjoined: A Novel by Jen Sookfong Lee is ostensibly about 2 bodies found in the freezers of a foster mother, but it's more about frustrated people and family dynamics with a lot of social justice messaging. My review
