I’m so glad this made its way off my stack and into my heart. Bill Hayes has known great loss, but also known great love. He shows, subtly, through all the beauty and insight in his journey, how that’s still good living.

This is my absolute favorite book so far this year. It’s about the living and the dead in the hole that one has on the other.

It was incredibly thoughtful of Lisa See to release this masterpiece - Lady Tan’s Circle of Women- just in time for summer. I love her ability to open unfamiliar worlds rooted in trials, desires, and bounties unique to women. Devoured it!
