How exciting to be reading with everyone!! Welcome!
Since I know I'm not going to get to Play of Passion and Kiss of Snow by the end of the year, I'm in. I have the short stories to read as well, and I might even re-read Slave to Sensation (since I read that one back in January 2009 and it was a 3-star read for me then). I don't intend to buy Tangle of Need in hardback though.Lisa Kay -- that's a great idea (with the audio). I think I'll do the same... :D
Hmmm...I'm tempted to join! I want to do a re-read of the series but I'm not sure I can do it all in a year (I have too many books to read.) Anyway, I may join you for some books (not MtP because I hate the heroine.)
@D.G.: Yeah, I remember not liking MtP as much as the others, I think it was because of the heroine.
I don't have any of the short stories that go in the anthologies. I have to get my hands on those XD
I have just started re-reading them, I'll gladly stop & pick them up again in the new year! Any excuse really :)
Actually there are two books I liked the least - book #4 - Mine to Possess and book #7 - Blaze of Memory. It'll be interesting to see if I'll feel the same second time around.

A bit of both? I must admit I was enjoying them a bit more this time around. I had only re-read the first two so It's easy enough to stop now. I need to read some books to return to a friend so this is giving me the push I need to do that.
Don't get me wrong I do love this series - I love Hawke! I just SHOULD be reading something else :)

WOW, how exciting is that new challenge thing on the group homepage? Has that been there for a long time? Well now I'm going to have to take part, aren't I. It looks intimidating but I'm giving the thing a go - has any one else done it?
I like it. I was wondering if it would become distracting to members since it's plop at the top of the homepage. Hopefully we'll all find it enjoyable and can utilize it more in the future for others. Not sure if they would just pile on top one another or what. LOL! But, YES! I think it's new...we were playing around with it last year to figure how it worked. I'm doing it, too, but haven't read any of the books yet, so beyond set up, have no idea how it will show up and so on. Fun to find out!

Me too. :) I created a "tell us what you think" thread to see what everyone dis/likes about it. Maybe we'll use it more in the future. This one is a test run. Looks good so far.
I'm in. I plan to read just the books, not the novellas right now. I've read books 1 - 3, so I'll start on the 4th book for a total of 8 books to read.

at the bookstores near me. If I can't find it at the UBS this week, I'll have to buy it for the iPad. I should be able to start next week.
