I am apparently creepy as fuck when I do that to people. I don't believe it's ever been directed towards me."

Give me enough whiskey and the odds are high you'll be able to get me to.

There may be a Mr. Burns steepled fingers look to it.

Does this require more than one bottle of whiskey?

message 757: by [deleted user] (new)

Here's the pic Maggs was trying to post :)

message 758: by whimsicalmeerkat (new)

whimsicalmeerkat I told you, I've become practically a lightweight. I don't think I could physically drink a bottle before starting to throw up.

message 759: by Maggie (new)

Maggie K | 693 comments Thanks Ala!

is the whiskey just for the Samwise thing or for the Tolkien in toto....

Welcome :)

And the whiskey is just to get her drunk. At which point she'll provide lulz.

It's a give and take.

message 763: by [deleted user] (new)

Probably both, Nicki.

There better be pics, though.

That's right. Ala will also be providing lulz, with the aid of tequila.

Though, think of it this way - you can get drunk for cheap. I, on the other hand, have to..."

I'm primarily Irish & German, but I have meds that have screwed my tolerance six ways from Sunday. Like you said, cheaper. Problem is, I am still adjusting to the limitations.

And I guess it got buried under Zombies.

message 774: by [deleted user] (new)

I drank most of a bottle of Southern Comfort and a half a bottle of 1800 a few days ago and didn't get more than lightly buzzed. I feel your pain, Ronald

I accept payment in tequila.

message 779: by Laurel (last edited Dec 13, 2011 05:55PM) (new)

Laurel I'm a British Isles mutt, which explains why I am never hung over. Sadly, I'm still a lightweight drunk. Not sure how that all works...

Two glasses of wine and I'd listen sweetly to just about anyone. Even Gollum! Then I'd seduce Faramir. Or Aragorn. Maybe Eomere.

I'm going to go find some wine....

message 780: by [deleted user] (new)

Wine, eh Laurl?

*makes notes*

message 781: by whimsicalmeerkat (new)

whimsicalmeerkat I want wine.

Instead I have to try to sleep early. Have to be up before dawn to get ready for a job interview because I don't know how long it will take me to get there during rush hour. *sigh*

message 782: by [deleted user] (new)

Good luck with the interview tomorrow :)

message 783: by whimsicalmeerkat (new)

whimsicalmeerkat Thanks, hun. :)

message 789: by [deleted user] (new)

Ronald wrote, "Ever woke up with teeth marks on your body and not remember how you got them? I have

Pffft. I've woke up in a different State from where I started drinking. Naked. In a hotel room. With five other clothed people staring at me in a mixture of concern and disquiet.

We're all good friends now :)

message 790: by [deleted user] (new)

Lol..To be honest I live on a state border so it's not nearly as exciting as it sounds :) It was 60 miles away tho and to this day I have no idea how I got there. Good times, good times

message 791: by Dawn (new)

Dawn (breakofdawn) | 462 comments Damn, I lost this thread too. I'm going back in time....

Michigan is an awesome state to live in. It has a bad rep. And snow isn't so bad. I've recently learned that Arkansas isn't so bad either... ;)

And I'm a total light weight when it comes to drinking, and I wouldn't have it any other way. Two glasses and I'm drunk. The only problem? I get drunk really fast and then undrunk just as fast. If I try to drink more to stay drunk? Sick. It's a sad sad world :(

My only good drinking story was my one and only black out, which unfortunately I don't remember. One minute I was sitting on a stool at a bar, and then I woke up face down on my friends couch, with several people sleeping on the floor near me. Apparently I was awesome that night though. Made out with a good (hot) friend (male!), played (and well I guess) pool, ate at a restaurant after the bar, carried on conversations. I'm told I was very charming... lol :P

message 792: by [deleted user] (new)

Cheap drunk?

Best. Ever.

message 793: by Dawn (new)

Dawn (breakofdawn) | 462 comments Um yeah. 3 buck chuck, from Trader Joe's. A bottle of that will last three nights. That's $1 a day, drunk Dawn. Yay me!

message 794: by [deleted user] (new)

Im afraid I'm a cheap drunk nowadays too.

Haven't kept up a decent alcoholic regimen in a while

Sosad

message 795: by [deleted user] (new)

Even the worst stories are the best drunk stories

Maybe not for the drunkard

message 796: by Dawn (new)

Dawn (breakofdawn) | 462 comments Ah, drunken pictures you don't rememeber. This is from the night I blacked out, just located it on my old school photobucket account...

(view spoiler)

I don't remember this at all. Don't know where I got the garter. I look very awake and normal... But I have no memories of the night. Good times?

message 797: by Dawn (new)

Dawn (breakofdawn) | 462 comments That was like... I dunno... 7 years ago? I was 21ish. Just for the record :P
