What Are You Reading? Part 1

Yet another one I will eventually get around to....."
Hahaha the cover boy was too tempting, he drew me in ;) It's going to be a series (no cliffie or anything) so no need to rush into it :)

Yup, I can't wait to get home so I can jump into it too :)

I understand that. I acually have a sequel phobia if I love a book I'm always wary that the author will ruin everything I loved about it in the sequel because it has happened before but you don't have to worry about that at all with The Dream Thieves, there's a perfect balance between continuity and character growth.
Awesome:D I felt the same way when I read it, I was instantly reminded my I loved the first book so much.

Decided to grab up
and finally get it off the 'currently reading' shelf, and it was really good!! I absolutely LOVED Trent, and holy crap were there some crazy-hot steamy scenes!! Definitely a forbidden love story worth reading, and I actually even found myself enjoying the Italian and art history.

Totally agree Laura, I have been listening to audio books on the way to and from work, especially for the series that have released a new book and I don't want to re-read everything again so I have been listening to them instead.

Exactly, same here! I dread reading sequels. Especially the ones I've waited a long time. *sighs* Perfect! I just wish to have more time for reading. Freaking work!
Yeah, it's still a shock to realize how much those characters have to offer and more complicated they get more real they become. Amazing!

Yes Laura, me too! They're addicting LOL! I love that now I can listen to my books while I work *grins wickedly* :D

I'm the same when it comes to books. I never worry about remembering stuff from past books before diving into new ones for a series or story. Everything usually comes right back :)

I enjoyed it too! quick read & fun.

Oh Laura I really really liked

Oh that's so great! Another good reason for looking forward to this audio :)

I loved Carrier but still need to get Shadow . . .

I know, right? I feel like that is especially the case with Ronan. He's so complex and it was so hard to make up my mind about him like up until the very last page he was still surprising me.

Also finished

Now on to

One of the reasons I love him. And I agree with you, more you know about him and more you think you understand his personality more surprises will come your way. Well, I'm not done yet and I'm sure I will have more to say. :D Ronan is fascinating, but my true favorite is Gansey. It's unbelievable how different he is from usual YA male leads. In the beginning when Kavinsky challenged him and Gansey didn't even raised an eyebrow, I was like "seriously?! Aren't you gonna do anything stupid?". Then I remembered it's Gansey and I swooned. and now I'm fangirling.

Gansey is my favorite too I fangirled for him in the first book and even more so in the second. I just love everything about him especially his mannerisms and the sophisticated and confident way he carries himself. That scene with Kavinsky was awesome, I thought Gansey was going to do do something dumb too but I loved how he kept his composure. He really is so different from the usual YA fare and that's why I appreciate how awesome he is.

Yes Laura I'm right there with you too. My poor eyes definitely needed relief with all the reading I do as well as I work in front of a computer all day long and some of my days are ridiculously long! Plus working with fabrics and tiny threads all day my eyes are extremely thankful for my audible account LoL, I'm soooooo addicted to audios now that I can't even imagine my workdays without them. Now I read my books at night and weekends when I'm home. If I'm running errands or traveling or working I'm listening to an audio book. I absolutely LOVE audibles.com!

Finished
and loved it, this was such a heart-wrencher!! Can't wait for more Trace and Kylie in the sequel soon!!
Still working on
which I'm loving, and I'm starting ARCs of
and
(EEP!!).

Still working on

Oh Annie, this is a nice story. I read it when it first came out. It was a standalone book when I read it but the author's continuing their story! Book 2 is coming out soon.
