Now Reading: If Tomorrow Comes - Sideny Sheldon
Next Read: The Post Card Killers - James Patterson
Do read it - it is absolutely wonderful! I'm compelled to think of it as a literary book rather than a zombie book :)
Reading The Carpet People, the first book of Terry Pratchett.A little influenced by Talkien and not as good as some of the other titles of him ; but still enjoyable.
http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/15...This is the book I was referring to Smitha. Govinda Aryavarta chronicles.
Currently reading Immortals of Malhua and 7 Habits of highly effective people. both books are damn good
Smitha wrote: "Am also reading Oryx and Crake - on page 80."Great! I just started 5 mins ago - page 2...
Sumeetha wrote: "For a minute I read it as Getting away with murder :)"I read it like that for a week until i got the book :P
I thought it was a pun - getting a way and perhaps getting away as well - or it must be my brain reading too much into it :P
of course it is a pun. The main protagonist is acquitted of his wife's murder, but within 24 hrs his lawyer is found dead and this guy admits to the second murder. 30 pages into the book, got it on RAPO :)

Reading Call the dying by Andrew taylor...on the verge of finishing it..loved the book.....Next will be reading Inkspell by Cornelia Funke. i loved the first book Inkheart
Reading Morality for Beautiful Girls by Alexander McCall Smith. Like other books in the The No. 1 Ladies' Detective Agency series, a fun ,easy read.
Sherin wrote: "How's the Cuckoo's Calling?"Too early to comment as I have finished only 35% but it resembles the TV show elementary a little.
Just finished The Three Musketeers... Currently reading Dark tower 2.... And then The Fourth Protocol!!
Am losing my mind juggling so many novels
Tokyo Cancelled - paperback - at dining table
Lazybones-audio - jogging/ironing clothes
Oryx and Crake
Canada
Paper Towns-on my mobile - while waiting for things to happen (queues, waiting for car etc.)
I know its a bad habit, but I am never satisfied if its only one or two books

Smitha, seriously don't know how you do it! :) this is taking multitasking to different level ;)
Smitha wrote: "even I don;t know. Once or twice I've confused between different characters"haha, can imagine!
Smitha wrote: "even I don;t know. Once or twice I've confused between different characters"That's why the books must be of different genres. I am reading only two simultaneously but as both are crime stories, sometimes I am confusing between some of the characters.
Smitha wrote: "worldwar Z is in my to read list."You can give it a skip.. I am half way through the book and it's a drag.. I am glad it's <400 pages book.

Thanks for the warning. Let me see for myself as I've already got the book. Sometimes, my tastes are quite different.

That's true, because the book was recommended by my friend who liked it very much. But I am finding it meh.
Now Trouble and Her Friends by Melissa Scott - finally, after all the introductory SF, my first proper feminist cyberpunk read.
Just finished Revolution 2020. currently reading The Immortals of Meluha. And the next book would be Rescue by Nicholas Sparks.
