What was the last... `Tune` that you played ?
Excellent choice Simon. Saw Pink Floyd just after they had released DSOTM but before Money and the album became a monster. Full quadraphonic and Echoes as a 20 minute encore.
I saw the wall live in London. Blew me away and I love echoes. Recently treated myself to the boxed set 'oh by the way'.
Sarah Brightman , Classics album
Cheryl Cole - Happy HourThankfully it was one of the better (yes i said better) songs on my playlist.
the day i caught the train by ocean colour scene, was on youtube playing stuff from when i was late teens and early 20's.
lol... i remember buying that on import when it came out, just a nano second before i cut my hair short, spiked it with soap and sold all my old hippy albums back to the same shop for a pittance.:0)

Now you wouldn't be taking the proverbial would you?
It's the tale of a man in a dystopian future who discovers a guitar and in roughly 2 minutes becomes a rock god guitarist, but is spurned by the controlling monks and kills himself after having a vision of how life should be.
No, really.
Valerie - Amy WinehouseOnly found out last night that she died. Must have had my head stuck in the sand all weekend (or in my Kindle) and the only tv I had on at the weekend was Cbeebies for the little one.
Desperado by the Eagles, I was decorating my brothers bedroom and The Eagles are always good to sing along to :)
i don't i-tune. Old fashioned biddy eh? I still play CDs and even tapes, mainly classical and some folk.
Geoff wrote: "Oxygene - Jean Michel Jarre"Ooh, I like that. I must dig it out.
@ignite, I still use cd's in fact I am building up my collection and really enjoying it. Much nicer than mp3 in my opinion and it should be illegal to play good music on a mobile phone or through a laptop speaker.
But if you're like me and have your computer hooked up to a Teac mini system with Tannoy speakers, then MP3's are just the answer Simon. Why stint on the sound quality of your computer?

Hubby stole my iPad off me earlier tonight and ordered a pair of re-duck-u-lously expensive Wharfdale speakers off Amazon. Wait til he sees the bracelet I've just ordered. Hehehe

Dotty would love them. they could double up as a scratchy pole.
That would be fine so long as she keeps away from the actual speakers themselves, although I suspect she would see them as too tempting.G

C'mon Simon, going to bed with Stevie Nicks can't be all bad, even with her (alleged)strange cocaine habit.Geoff
Ooo, I'll have to look that one up. I have to agree, she really does have a unique voice and a great range.
I couldn't have made it up......In Your Dreams - Stevie Nicks
