61. The Girl Who Played with Firewow!!this book is definitely better than the first..more dramatic, tragic and less predictable..now, IF the author actually make the first book as good as this, i believe Millenium Trilogy would be the best trilogy i've ever read!!

hmm, buku Alexander Potter tu not bad la, tapi in my opinion, the story is sooooo slow...and for hannibal, it's good, but maybe if i read the first two books first i would appreciate it even more..

Yup, tentang Afghanistan lagi. It delves more deeply into the history of Afghanistan, from the era of Russian invasion, Mujahideen upraising until after Taliban. Awas, sediakan tisu banyak-banyak!

nope, i havent watch the movie yet, but i heard the movie has happier ending..entahlah..i guess i will watch it later, but i dont really like watching movies that was based on books that i've read..most of them are frustrating!

I've already read about 34 so far this year and i'm hoping to have read 100 books by the end of 2011. I'm having hard time getting books, one is becoz of my budget so i waste most of my time waiting for my paycheck ....:)

That happened to me too sometimes. A good book and plenty of good reviews from friends, and when I read it I was like "What?" Maybe those good things we hear raise our expectation more than it should be and when we do read the book, it just does not reach our par. Kot.
hmm, mungkin kot.sebab buku The Kite Runner bagi saya sangat bagus, jadi expectation memang tinggi masa membca buku Splendid Suns ni. sepanjang masa asyik tertunggu2 part yang mungkin akan mengalirkan air mata, tapi sampai ke akhir tak ketemu..ish2, next time, i'll make sure i wont put expectation so high the author might not reach it.hah

yup, it's the third book. but, i think it could be read as a stand alone. still, i am looking for the others books as well.
