I'm starting The Borrowers by Mary Norton and The Killer Angels by Michael Shaara. The Borrowers is just something for fun, but The Killer Angels is something I've been wanting to read for ages.

I started a new job, so I am doing a lot of "brain candy" for stress relief.
Been reading more than writing, and my book count has remained Static. So I'll to add some today. So far of what I can remember, I've read This is Where I leave You (hysterical but very touching) Roses (interesting 1920 's Southern dynasty) and others. Guess I'll have to crawl around my bed and see what I got.
Finished This Is where I leave You by Jonathan Trooper. It's absolutely hysterical and reads "spot-on" for dysfunctional families.

Me as well, it is pretty good so far. I t started as slow, but it is slowly getting better.
Currently reading The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks for an "in-person" (as opposed to on-line) January Group Read.

I finished the last batch of simultaneous books yesterday and have started a slew more (one in the car, one on the iPod to listen to while getting ready for work, a few on the kindle, and one "real" book to read and donate to clear shelf space. Murder by Mocha
Why Shoot a Butler?Fellow Travelers
TripwireThe Red Queen
Evergreen Gallant
I just finished The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo, for those that want to read it, please don`t waste your time. It dragged and it added unecessary information it started off promising but ended in travesty!I am about to begin

Just started reading an arc of Temporary Yes... it's a book of poetry that will be publishing under Artistically Declined Press.
I am also still reading our Author/Reader Discussion novel Taft 2012: A Novel. Did you guys know that Jason, the author, is hanging with us till the end of the month?
And believe it or not, I am STILL listening to Couch on Iambik Audio on my phone?

And who would need all this details about Swedish politic and government structure?
I'm still reading In the Still of the Night: The Strange Death of Ronda Reynolds, and I've started Fairest by Gail Carson Levine.
I just finished Signs and Wonders which was an interesting little novella and I just started Zombie Eyes which seems to be a scifi/mystery.
Had difficulty sleeping last night, so was up until almost 6am reading A Tale of Two Cities, and nearly finished -- which I did after I got up around 11am. I was happy to find that 'book three' of the novel went much faster than the first two. A good book, but it has put me two behind my reading goal, so time for a couple of faster (and more fun!) reads.
I got back to reading books from Alex Cross series by James Patterson - for relaxation, and they just was found in my building library, so why not - a lot of killing but make me relax :)
Ive decided to mix it up. I have lots of books with small fonts that are super thick, so Ill read these smaller books ever other time to help my ADD ha
I just started reading Marjorie Morningstar by Herman Wouk for my "real world" book club (vice online book club.) Enjoying it so far - only about a quarter of the way in. I had never heard of this book before it was chosen for book club. One of my favorite things about book club is reading books I wouldn't otherwise read or know about.
I just finished Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close and thought it was great, albeit, very sad. I'll be off to see the movie soon. I started 77 Shadow Street by Dean Koontz.
I just finished
, it was forgettable and let me down greatly. I don`t know what it is but I am starting to check out dull books, is my expectation that high? I hope the next one is good.I am about to begin
.
I finished 11/22/63 over the weekend. I really enjoyed it. I was really worried after reading some reviews. Then I started The Night Circus.
just finished Hellucination and started Devils Lair by David Wiseheart. Still reading A Game of Thrones.

I'm reading Better Off Wed which is a cozy mystery and I'm about to start The Dead Saint which is a thriller/mystery.
I just finished SACRED HEARTS by Sarah Dunant and KILL ALEX CROSS by James Patterson and enjoyed both of them. Now am resding THE LITIGATORS by John Grishom and really enjoying it.
I'm trying to read "Dawnthief" by James Barclay, but I'm finding it badly written and can't get past chapter 6. But I'll keep trying. In the meantime, I read "Leviathan" by Scott Westerfeld and loved it!
Lee said, "In the meantime, I read "Leviathan" by Scott Westerfeld and loved it!"
Ooh, that's a great YA favorite of mine. Glad to see you enjoyed it c:
I've just picked up Invisible Cities by Italo Calvino and The Great Book of Amber (forgot author name).
They both look excellent.
I just finished My Lucky Life in and Out of Show Business. The writing lacked polish, but I enjoyed his reminiscing.
