What are you reading?
It's all poetry for me right now. The Book of Men: Poems by Dorianne Laux and Music for the Black Room by Sarah Maclay.

I've just started it, but I think I'll enjoy it! It started very well, in my opinion! :)
Just finished The Romanov Prophecy by Steve Berry, which was a fun, escapist story. Am probably about to start Lucy, which looks quite intriguing.
Yesterday, I finished The Great and Secret Show. I enjoyed it but I thought some parts of the story were a little slow and drawn out.Now I'm reading The Godwulf Manuscript.
Last I read just a little of Rich man, poor man and so far it's got my attention. Another book I've put off reading for far too long.
I'm just over half way thru Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children which I have really liked so far.
I am listening to The Sweetness at the Bottom of the Pie. It is really interesting.I am reading Little Black Dress.
Flora wrote: "I'm just over half way thru Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children which I have really liked so far."I just finished this one, Flora, and really liked it.
Finished reading Ghost Light By Joseph O'Connor and I'm still reading The Summoning By Kelley Armstrong and i started with Apartment 16 By Adam Nevill

I just finished it too and loved it.
Just finished with
and will be starting
as soon as I get my butt off these forums. I like to take a break between books to see what other people have been reading and what they think about them. ^_^
Yuliya wrote: "just finishing My Horizontal Life(it was really fun) and next in line The Book Thief"Isn't Chelsea a slut in that book? But a funny slut! XD!

I loved it, too! I wonder if it was a stand-alone novel or is it going to be a series? I can't recall if anyone was mentioned either way. I loved the pictures.

I think it may become a series, especially because of the way it ended. I have read other reviews where people thought it may be a series. I guess we'll see!
I'm re-reading Lahiri's The Namesake. I read it when my youngest was a baby and don't remember much about it! Hopefully, it will be a quick read.I'm also reading Noah Feldman's Scorpions: The Battles and Triumphs of FDR's Great Supreme Court Justices. It's very interesting (or maybe I'm just a huge nerd!).

In this book she is funny and how they say "Slut and proud"
Just finished the "Accidental Witch" trilogy by Annette Blair and have started Sense and Sensibility by Jane Austen.

I hope it was a series, I would love to know how their story continued.
I'm now reading The Serpent's Tale which I like so far.
I finished The Godwulf Manuscript. It was enjoyable. I also realized that these books were what the TV series Spenser for Hire was based on. I will definitely read more of them. Now I'm going to start Hammerhead Ranch Motel since it became available from the library yesterday.
I just finished American Scream, about Allen Ginsberg and the making and marketing and more of "Howl," and I'm about to begin teaching Thomas Pynchon's The Crying of Lot 49 (again). And I'm also rereading An Adultery by Alexander Theroux and reading for the first time Francis Wheen's biography of Karl Marx. The latter is a great fast-paced biography, and you don't have to know too much about his actual philosophies to enjoy it.
Gitte wrote: "I'm reading The Sugar Queen by Sarah Addison Allen. Seems fun! This was my favorite by Addison although Garden Spells was a close second.
I just finished Peter Nimble and His Fantastic Eyes, which was good. Now I'm starting The Night Circus! So excited! I've been waiting for this one for months! :)
Just finished Gone with the Windsors
. Good book but my god, Wallis Warfield Simpson was annoying and selfish. I read a bio of her about 25 years ago and thought the same thing then.

Yep. I love Chelsea Handler and her show Chelsea Lately. Have you read "Are There God, It's Me Chelsea"? I have "Lies Chelsea Handler Told Me" but haven't read it yet.
Joy wrote: "I just started All Together Dead, and am in the middle of The Shelters of Stone"Oh, the Sookie books are awesomeness in awesomesauce. At least the first eight.
