Paula

I have over 1800 on Kindle and about 700 odd on bookshelf lol.

a lot of the books i don't know when i'll ever want to read them. but a bunch of them were free from the kindle store.

I got myself under control as well, and purged a lot that I most likely won’t read. Anything with a low 3’s Goodreads rating on down got archived, and a few completely removed from my Kindle account. So, I think there are around 70 books on my Kindle (down from 200+), as well as a few issues of Asimov’s and Fantasy & Science Fiction magazine.

People seem to have plenty to read for the next 5-6 years so I really don't need to rush the writing of my next book!

Okay so I got a few more books so before finishing the 8 I had left so now I probably up to 20 maybe.

I really, really need to stop raiding the free books on Amazon and getting my friends to loan me books :)

Kindle Nation and eReader IQ? I must, must, must look into these places, can you link me? :D
I also subscribe to Kindle Author on FB and Wordpress :) So get nearly minutely emails with new books that are free even for a limited time. It is how I got Indecent Proposal.

Ereaderiq.com
You can sign up and they will email you a summary of the free books for that day, sorted by genre. They also have an AWESOME price drop feature. If you import your wish list from Ammy, ereader will email you when the price drops down, according to parameters you set.

I check them both first thing everyday. They make looking for free and discounted books so easy. I love them, and hope you will too.
