I only just realised that the two birds out in my preschool garden which I was told are Lapwings are also Plovers. So I guess I should try and chase them away now before they decide to reproduce.

Crazy windstorm today with 100 km/hr winds. It felled some of the trees and street signs in our neighbourhood; among others. Overall, a good day to stay inside with a book.

We got a good dump of rain as well. However, I can't imagine the wind helped the wildfire situation. Crossing my toes for a non-crazy fall/winter.

Does anyone here know if Private Down Under and Private Sydney are the same book. I can't seem to find Sydney on Amazon.ca; instead they have Down Under. Is it a North American title change?

Different Melissa:) Private Sydney has only just been released and has Kathryn Fox who is Australian as a co-author. The other one was a couple of years ago (I think), had another co-author and was criticized by Aussie readers as not having the correct words for here...

EDIT: Sydney is #10, Down Under is #6 and released in 2013:)
