Thanks Vicki!!! I picked her up yesterday :D and she is such as pleasure to drive!!! Although she decided that her battery wanted to die the same day...so had to get a new battery...the joys of a car have already started lol...it couldn't just let me b happy for one day Hahaha.

Isn't it funny when a friend changes their profile pic, it throws you for a while. Love yours Veronica, it's small when on my phone etc, but I'm on the computer, meant to be working (not looking at GR!!!) and it's nice and big and bright :)

Just back from seeing Annie Barrows at a Dymock's lunch in the city. What a lovely lady. She came and sat at our table before lunch and chatted away and signed books quite happily. She told us the history of bothThe Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society and her latestThe Truth According to Us. That's all with lunch and champagne. All good:)

Sally - Archie comics are still printed! Casper i don't know but possibly second hand book store might have both. otherwise Archie is usually found in newsagents or comic stores.

hail, sleet and apparently some snow on a highway today...brrrrr!! So cold..And it's meant to be here for the weekend :/

I may of just landed myself a part time job but will know more on Monday. Also have a week of relief work midway through the week...woohoo!!

What on earth has happened to GR? I came here and all the newest posts were on the bottom of the page instead of the top like they usually are...Had to change it with pressing the little arrow key next to 'date' to up but it also placed the comment box up the top of the page..so strange.
