The Mindfulness Colouring Book: Anti-Stress Art Therapy for Busy People by Emma Farrarons

It's a shame you can't turn some of the pages for a sneek peek inside.

And congratulations on yours as well, Phrynne - did you say yours was today?

It's coming along nicely. Having simmered the bones in the slow cooker for some hours, I have just completed the worst part of the preparation: separating meat from bones, fat, gristle etc. Now the pot liquor is in the fridge cooling so I can skim off a bit of fat for frying the onions. then I will put the rest of the liquor (minus the remaining fat) and the peas in the slow cooker until the peas are done, put it all through my super-duper blender and add the meat. That will be a few meals for us and a few lunches for Mum.

He's OK. I asked him just now, he said alive but tired. Off to the doc this arvo for a script.
I am very proud of our hospital, though. He was in, cardioverted and out again in under 3 & a half hours.
