Happy May Day to you too Carolyn. Sun is struggling to come out here. But doubt it will be for long looking at dark clouds on the horizon. It has poured all night and early morning. So over rain!
And a happy May day from me as well :) The best part about today is the start of our May challenge ;)
Pouring here too but it's more of a gentle rain than last weeks thank goodness! Have a great day everyone!

Happy May Day to you too Carolyn!! At least it's friday and you can spend the wet weekend out of the rain...hopefully with a good reading challenge book of your choice ;D

A pinch & a punch for the first of the month Carolyn! Soggy Sydney? It's raining in Brisbane too.

He says 1000 people are waiting at Lukla airport (where trekkers & mountaineers start their Everest climb) for a flight back to Kathmandu. He's been on Sargamatha, Mount Everest National Park since the earthquake struck on Saturday. His mountainous home village was near the earthquakes epicenter and has been destroyed. Everyone is living outside under tarps and tents.

Poor people. Very sad state of affairs.

So, cardioversion, where your heart gets put back into its proper rhythm by electrical impulse: apparently this is soooo much fun that hubby's heart wanted another go at it.
Got a call at work this morning, his atria were fluttering again, the day he was due to see the cardiologist for follow-up. Another ambulance trip to Emergency. This time, though, they did the cardioversion in Resus and by the time I knocked off work and walked down to the ED he was almost ready to go home for a cheese and vegemite on toast, cup of tea and early to bed. He was VERY happy not to spend 5 days in hospital this time!
Seems like ablation will be the next step. Happy days!

Maybe he just likes coming to see you at work?
On a serious note, I'm glad to hear he's OK again. Hopefully an ablation will put paid to the AF completely.
