I don't think you'll be able to hide from Brenda's camera but that would make for a funny photo Vicki!

No I'm not watching it - but I understand it is HUGE in Britian - people arrange their lives around when it is televised - and have dinners to group watch it.

I am guessing Channel 10 hoped for that sort of success. I'm not into gross humiliation to entertain the populace.

No MKR is my only vice for reality shows

Paul (pbuzz) | 101 comments MKR, The Block and all those reality nominated shows - personally, I think watching water boil is more interesting, as such, I don't watch a lot of tele these days.

My sister lives in the UK, and she said it is huge there. Apparently they send their celebrities to far north Queensland... Lol.

message 17662: by K (new)

K | 1143 comments That is correct Leonie. I lived in Zurich, Switzerland for a year in 2005-2006 and we had channels from the UK and 'I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Outta Here' had already been running for a few years by then.

message 17674: by Regina (new)

Regina I've started a 30 day trial of network nine's online streaming service Stan. I'm liking it. A variety of shows etc and I can watch them when I want to watch them without having to record. Loving 'Better Call Saul' and 'Transparent'. Some great BBC shows on there too.

message 17675: by Ryan (new)

Ryan Better Call Saul is so far living up to Breaking Bad's standards, the latter being my all time favourite show.

message 17676: by ★ Jess (new)

★ Jess | 3071 comments Only 3 episodes of Better Call Saul have been released but its already a surprisingly well-formed show. I was angry when the last episode ended because I wanted more, its just fantastic!

message 17677: by Regina (new)

Regina I must admit to being afraid that Better Call Saul wouldn't live up to Breaking Bad (spin offs usually fail), but so far it is living up to it and in its own right.

Sorry Michael, I couldn't get onto a new topic :)

You're right - as usual.:-) This is from the SMH online:

"While undeniably special, it is not surprising to me that we found this because Ted always worked on multiple projects and started new things all the time – he was constantly writing and drawing and coming up with ideas for new stories," said Audrey Geisel, a vigilant keeper of her husband's legacy, in a statement.

My brother and his family have been in the Gold Coast on holidays for this week. They went home to Ipswich yesterday in preference to staying until Saturday, just in case. He said it rained all the way home then too...

Take care everyone..especially far north Q'ld:)
