As for Valentine's Day, after owning a florist for 8 years I'm a bit jaded and won't celebrate it but my 9 year old wished me a Happy Valentine's day this morning and he made my day!!

Yes we just saw the flash flooding in Adelaide on TV! Unbelievable....days and weeks of 40 plus temps then the opposite end of the scale! I wish Victoria could get some (and us) to put out the fires. At least it's pretty much extinguished the Adelaide fires:)

How sweet of your 9 year old Elaine:)

It's just gone from one extreme to the other, hasn't it? Yes rain would be lovely, Brenda but at the moment there's nothing here in Melbourne. He can be a sweetie when he wants to. I had a lovely lunch with a girlfriend so that was my acknowledgement of Valentine's.

Glad to hear all is well Michael and that you're enjoying yourself. I have heard the movie is really good. I'm hoping to get round to seeing it. I have some Gold class tickets and was hoping to see The Book Thief or Mandela with them but haven't had a chance yet.
