The author of Mary Anne has an extra space in her name. Click on the book link; then click on the author name. Select edit on the author page and remove the extra space. It will ask you which author you want to keep. Once you select the correct one it will merge the authors together.

Elizabeth Lowell and Ann Maxwell are the same person, but AM does not have a photo on her page.

Is there a way to fix that?

Elizabeth Lowell should not have, since there was NO indication there was permission to use the photo from her site. Just because an author photo exists on a website does not mean it's ok to upload it to GR without permission from the author or the copyright owner of the photo.

I suggest adding Darren Shan as primary author for each edition of those two D.B. Shan books, and leaving D.B. Shan on as secondary. That will allow you to combine them.
