It's a knitting term but I don't actually know what it means. When I Googled it, I found a lot of pages about knitting with diagrams and I got the hell out of there, LOL!

At the beginning I thought it was an idiom (English is my second language) but I'm usually able to figure out expressions I don't know by the context but in this one I was clueless...the expression was so strange to me that I didn't even know it referred to knitting - the book is fantasy so there was a lot of magic in it so I don't know if that was a spell.

D.G. Wow! Starting with the Pot Luck Challenge already! I won't be able to start for that in at least a few days.

I already finished a book today Ruthless (The House of Rohan, #1) by Anne Stuart . It was very good. Not as steamy as I thought it was going to be though. :)

Next I'll start a book for this month's BYOC: World War Z: An Oral History of the Zombie War. Now that I read some historical romance, I'm ready to tackle that book. :)
