This is one of his older books that I have not yet read. Will get round to it one day. Starting Relentless very soon. Really excited about this.
Hallo everybody. I m Margaret. I've read a lot of Koontz. I always enjoy reading his work. Of course some I like more and some less. But I've been reading over twenty five years . After all these years two if his books are still in my top ten readings ever. And I have read a lot . Classic literature, science fiction , history, horror , fantasy ( I'm a bookoholic ). It has nothing to do with quality or education. It's pure emotion. I love "watchers" and "lightening". Because every time I reread them, I'm seventeen years old.

Welcome to Koontzland Margaret :-) Thanks for introducing yourself. We might be re-reading Lightning in December - January before Saint Odd is released. If you are interested in re-reading Lighting or any other book, please voice your opinion in the What do you want to read in December? Thread:

Many years ago John Saul was my favorite horror author, Dead Koontz has surpassed him. Dustin, I appreciate the emails you send out. Thanks.

Hi everyone! I'm new to Goodreads, but I have been reading Koontz for a good 15 years at least, and I'm in love :) My dream would be to read and own all of his independent books (I've been a heavy library-user until now), and I'm really excited to start the journey!Oh, and my name is Sophie. I'm from Denmark (which only has 60 translated Koontz titles - shame on you Danish publishers!).
Hi everyone. I love Dean Koontz, so I have nearly all of his books, although some of them were lost during my last move. I've read all but 5 of his books, and plan to read those soon. I write short stories and novels for teens and young adults. My book, "Dark Dreams" is available on Amazon.com. I would recommend the Kindle version. I had some difficulty with my last publisher, so the paperback isn't formatted correctly. I'm working on a new book I'm sending to a publisher in May 2015. Nice to meet all of you.
Hi everyone, thought I'd introduce myself. I'm Hil, been a Koontz fan since about 92/93 when I was in love with Corey Haim who played Travis in the movie version of Watchers. I read the book (I remember it was a large print version from the library!) and been hooked ever since. I have most of his books but I've not read them all. This is deliberate, as I live in fear of the day Mr Koontz writes his last word and there will be no more. In fact, I am more worried that he will leave us without finishing the Moonlight Bay trilogy! Of the books I've read I most love Lightning, Fear Nothing/Seize the Night, Cold fire, The Bad Place, False Memory and Odd Thomas (the first one).
Sometimes I just carry a Koontz book around in my bag for comfort.

Hi everyone, I'm Julie from the UK and I'm new to both this group and to Goodreads. I've been a fan of Dean Koontz since the late 1980's and have read and enjoyed most of his books. I always look forward to Dean releasing a new book as I know I am in for an enjoyable read.

I preorder with other items. As the 13th drew closer I figured MY book would be here any day. They cancelled it. I went all the way back to the actual order in October and next to the book it said canceled. I wrote quite a letter and suddenly my book was on its way. I guess they had too much demand. I'm hoping its with other boxes that cane todat.

Hello everyone, my name is Reenie. I'm not sure if I'm in the right place yet, as I've not read a Koontz book, so please don't kick me out! Haha. I was reading the blurb of a couple of his books in the shop today, and they really intrigued me, so I'm hoping to get one soon.
Can anyone recommend where I should start?
Ok! I'm on love with" watchers " and I don't think that there is a better start! And then " lightening" . after these two ,you're hooked for ever! Welcome!
