Kelly (Maybedog) (maybedog) | 154 comments I finished my book with a gun on the cover and posted it.

This is a bit ironic because I'm so anti-gun I never let my kids even have water pistols. And yet so many of the books I read have guns in them...

Karen ⊰✿ | 3767 comments Happy Weekend!

Our spreadsheet for Feb is finalised and now we just need to wait about 2.5 hours for March to start ;)

Sorry I haven't been here much this week. It has been complete chaos between work and my youngest having a suspected case of chicken pox and so having to stay home (it ended up just being a viral rash). Catching up on everything now!!

Lisa - (Aussie Girl) | 1505 comments I've got a 7 green as well.

The Summer Queen (Eleanor of Aquitaine, #1) by Elizabeth Chadwick

V - Raoul de Vermandois

And yellow 7 - Vanessa Riley A Duke, the Lady, and a Baby (Rogues and Remarkable Women, #1) by Vanessa Riley

Can I have another opinion on if this is enough green?

Tineye isn't saying so but with the naked eye I'd say it was 50% green if that helps.

Kelly (Maybedog) (maybedog) | 154 comments I'm sorry, I messed up. I listen to my books on audio and I had the wrong spelling of the name of my blue book so it's not a blue 1. But I have another one that will work. I'll may not get to it until next week though.

No worries, but I had you down for 6 Blue, not 1 Blue. Does it work for S?

message 295: by Kelly (Maybedog) (last edited Mar 05, 2025 01:24AM) (new)

Kelly (Maybedog) (maybedog) | 154 comments Oh, both do! I've already read the first one, Be Fairy Game and you've put it in the READ March sheet. I plan to read this one, Zenith, as well and it's in the spreadsheet as unread. I might not get to Zenith until next week.

Oh! Be Fairy Game works for Skip Blue! So if we put Zenith for Blue 6, I can cover both cards.

I can also do Skip Red:

Code Red (Atrous, #1) by N.R. Walker

Kelly (Maybedog) (maybedog) | 154 comments Done, it's in the spreadsheet.

Quick question, though, do the characters have to be the protagonists or just general main characters? I'm used to M/M Romance Group challenges where you can only use the ones the romance is between.

message 300: by Sammy (new)

Sammy (sammystarbuck) | 1020 comments It's any character that has a reasonable part in the story.
