I have posted my review and am ready for another spin. I'm at the bottom of the world, Tierra del Fuego, tip of South America and islands off Antarctica. So please spin something North 🙏

I’m in San Francisco, and I could go SW or SE, but South gives me no options. (Antarctica is SE, and I’ve been there often enough.)I will be using a free ticket this week. Now where do I want to go?

I wondered about that. You could go south to Half Moon Bay and though it is not directly south Monterey (it isn't SE yet) and read a Steinbeck
Oh, I forgot today was spin day and I was waiting for a spin! South is good as I am in Minnesota. I have a lot of room. Right this minute I am concentrating on my last read for 3rd PH list

Oh, that wasn’t even on my radar. I do want to read East of Eden but I pictured it in the Midwest. I just tagged it california for future reference.
I’ve been trying to get to Vietnam all year to read The Mountain in the Sea. I could have gone there last week (w] but I had to put it on a new hold, and it wasn’t ready yet. Now it’s here so that made the decision for me. I’m using a Free Ticket to go West to Vietnam.
Nancy, Easter Island (Rapa Nui) (which belongs to Chile) is approximately South of San Francisco. Just a consideration.
This is an interesting non-fiction for Rapa Nui: The Statues that Walked: Unraveling the Mystery of Easter Island
My spin for N was perfect. I had to read The Frozen River for my F2F book group this month and Hallowell, ME was due north of Tierra del Fuego. So my quickest turn around for this game. And a great position for my last direction to complete my list. I can go anywhere.Ready for my last spin
I'm headed south from Duluth, Minnesota to New Orleans, LA, as soon as I finish my National Book Award read - and final prompt - for my 3rd PH list. I've read all of 30 pages of anything - other than work documents - this week - that's how busy I've been. I'm itching to settle in and just READ!
I'm ready for my next spin please. I posted my review and updated my tracking. Do you have a date for our final spin?

I was in New Zealand, so I think I'll use one of my free tickets to go Northeast and head back to the good ole USA
Olivermagnus wrote: "I was in New Zealand, so I think I'll use one of my free tickets to go Northeast and head back to the good ole USA"I thought that might be problematic.
E is very workable for me - plenty of options and probably fitting into more than just The Compass challenge.
Ellen wrote: "Wow...4th NE in a row. Hmmm....New England might not have been my wisest choice after all."I saw that! Have you read any Martini Club mysteries? They are quite good. The Spy Coast
Ellen wrote: "I love Tess Gerritsen and I actually have that book available on my kindle. Thanks, Fran!"Cool! I really like this series and I'm looking forward to the next one coming out. It sat on my shelf for a couple of years before I read it and I was pleasantly surprised.
