The Compass Spins and Requests

If Spinner doesn't shape up, it will be stricken from my Christmas card list too!

I hope you have a lot of other far north books, because odds are good that you’ll be there a while. And you won’t be able to blame the spinner for putting you there. I’m speaking from experience. 🥶
You could always wait a week, or go just a little north.

What was the location?"
Sorry. I put it on my tracking page and forgot the reviews pages.
Posted now.

Oh, no!

Fran - I noted in my review and tracking - I ended up not using a free pass, but sticking to the spinner direction given of South thanks to Sue reminding me of a cozy mystery set in the Yucatan in a series I have been reading off and on.
Now, I am expecting a helpful spin this week in exchange, one that fits one of the pile of books on the nightstand. Plus I'm have a tough work week...
Oh spinner, please please be kind.

I'll be interested to see the direction I'm given today.

Up until your spin and Joanne's it was heading south.
Amy wrote: "We shall see! What is south of Greece?"
Were you in Greece or Cyprus? Israel is south of Cyprus. Africa is south of both.

Cloudstreet by Tim Winton is the book I had in mind, if I can get it.
Or maybe Rio

I don't have anything, but I do have a question. If I go to Antarctica, read & review a book set there, what happens on the next spin?

Am also heading across the pond to Jolly ole England

Keep your fingers crossed for something northward.

You know what that means, a free ticket if you read a book with a dog in the title, on the cover, has 5 dog tags, is in the author's name or you can prove that it significantly involves a dog.

Hmm - maybe I'll read the one set in London and we can go to high tea at Brown's Hotel. Or someplace equally sublime.

Thinking of the song, "Matchmaker" from Fiddler on the Roof.
Spinner, O Spinner, please make me a match.
I'll bring the book.

For Sparkle - make her a journey, For Ease, let her fly as she Please,
For Me, Well, I would be happy if family drama could land in the waters of the glorious Southeast.
Can you hear it musically?

Will give this some thought before deciding what to do. I do have free passes to use and might just do that.
