Anything (well, almost) for you, Joanne! We DO take requests.

Just looked at the Master Gameboard and you are at #20.... a long way from Second Class Lounge. You are still in Baggage Car!

Doughgirl, your special advantage is that on the roll of your choice you get to roll 3 dice instead of 2. Make sure to re..."
Thanks Anita!
Hi, anita. Ive just passed the halfway point of my current subdue book, so am requesting my next roll.I think this will take me out of the caboose to meet kitty and the others in the baggage car.
Anita - I am ready for my next roll! Unless its really high, I have one more book yet in the baggage car. Today is my Husband's 60th. Perhaps I will get lucky with a high one - I am looking forward to a firefighter swizzle stick. But I can also stick around a little longer for a few more songs and a chance to serenade for Cindy and Kate.

For those who aren't on facebook, it is my oldest cat (Io)'s 20th birthday today. That equals about 96 years old.
Thanks, Anita. My roll appears to be this: "2-1: You may use up to 3 of your participation points to move yourself ahead up to 3 spaces."
Well, I guess I don't have participation points, but over the number of years I've been here and not collecting participation points, I'm going to take a look at my options (since I'm not competing, anyway). :-)
And I guess I should double check if I'm still in the caboose!? That's a pretty low roll!

I think I'm still in the Caboose! I'll only be on #13. But hey, at least I get an extra swap.
My book is Notes on a Silencing, which should be educational, if not particularly light-hearted.
Does #18 move me into baggage? I'm going to stick with my roll of 3. That title fits with the England tag (To Hold the Crown by Jean Plaidy.
A note about Subdue the Shelf Tracking: Could everyone please please make sure you only have ONE bolded space at a time? The book you are reading should be bolded, and that's it! Many thanks!!!

What I wanted to say was that I think that #30 puts you in the baggage car-Goodreads does me the option to delete the last post-WTH?

To check what numbers encompass each car, they are posted in the first comment in the Gameboard folder.

Thank you.

I was in the car earlier, on our way out to dinner. But now that I'm back on the train, I can see I am in the last seat of the baggage car looking longingly at the Second Class Lounge. But I will have Cindy and Kate and Tessa and others to keep me company. Lots of singing and puzzles and games and that damn cat!
Oooh! Attention must be paid! Both KateNZ and Ellen are settled into Private Parlor Car, but I see Kate NZ starting to packe up her stitching and speeding up her audiobook listen as she heads up to the Royal Coach!
Finally halfway through my dense book after one week (I snuck something else in between not for this game).Requesting new roll which I believe we can do at halfway when we are in 1st/clerk round.
Anita, I forgot that I earned a bonus roll for my last book (Crystal Cave), to be used in my next turn, which was today. You already told me the first number (5), can I have the second roll with the next set? I’m still reading non-subdue books, so I have plenty of time.
I’m settled in a corner of the Royal Coach feeling rather out of place. The dress code suggests tiaras need to be worn at dinner. But I don’t own a tiara and I don’t think a wreath of flowers would be a substitute. So I think I’ll miss meals until I can get back to the caboose and some normality!
I've imbibed too much, I think... it's been a struggle to read my book which I then DNF and used a swap but still took some time to get into the flow.May I please have a roll?
I actually might own a tiara. I definitely have a wedding like jewel, encrusted headband, or two. That’s just how I roll. My suggestion is, that might be something that fox look for in a compartment of Joy’s Magic Hermione Trunk, before leaving the Baggage Car. Thanks for the reminder. As I’m in the very last seat by the door. I assume evening gowns might also be required for meals? I have heard hose is out these days. I think I sort of see myself with a fancy dress, Tiara, and always a lot of bling. But I also envision warm, fuzzy slippers. And a soft duvet. Like the hybrid experience. Evening attire with Saturday morning accessories. Do we think Tom could live with that? He seems to wearing a tux. Maybe I will order him some soft moccasins from L.L. Bean.
