I thought this one really addressed so serious issues without making them a huge deal and I loved that. The mental health, the queer identity, were just aspects of Hannah but not all that defined her. It was refreshing!
I really enjoyed the story and the characters and really want to know what's going to happen next. It was also nice to see Ruth and Evan. They are so cute together!
I'm really liking this series and I'm really liking this author! I'm looking forward to more of her work!

I am amazed at the characters this author creates. I've never had a demisexual male character in a story before. I loved it! Zach was so much more than I gave him credit for based on previous books. I feel bad for judging him the same way that everyone else did.
I appreciated Rae putting Zach's feelings first. She was strong too. Her mom left something to be desired just like her crappy ex.
I loved that these two got their HEA. I really enjoyed this series! I can't wait to move on to another one from this author.

i adore jilly coopers books i read them when i was 18 im 28 now and have the latest book so i thought would go back and re-read them all.... riders obv the classic, but i love the upper class English portrayal, im from Hampshire in England and have had horses / showjumping / the hunt and find it brilliant i can imagine back in the 80s it was probably like that.... shes hit the nail on the head and has some brilliant characters i live in Greece now and allways read her books when im homesick.
Edit: A reread at 33!!!! Still love it as always... but some of the things they do are unhygienic..... Makes me cringe.....

Please correct to the first edition Kindle page count (249). Thanks!

Task 19 - LAST TASK - Read a book with a 9 in the initial publication date.
Books selected for this task need to have a 9 in the initial publication date - date or year, do not convert month to a number. For example, an initial publication date of November 19, 2020 or May 15, 2019 would work, but September 5, 2020 would not. Make sure you use the initial publication date for this task. If there is a date listed at the top of the editions page use it, otherwise I will be looking for the earliest dated English language edition regardless of format. Please include the initial publication date in your completion posts.
There is no need to post completion of this task in the Q&A thread, I will be checking all the team threads at the end of the challenge. 😊

This was adorable! Simply adorable!!! Xeni and Mason were just too cute. Loved the way they dealt with bisexuality. Loved the way that they addressed people's incorrect assumption about being monogamous when you are bisexual!
I loved the way that these two were behaving like actual adults when dealing with a not so ideal situation.
The narrator was great, he made me laugh trying get the nuances of accents down. He was entertaining and I would listen to him any time!!

This was overall cute, but not as good as the first book in the series. I didn’t connect with the romance between these two characters, and part of that may have been we never got to see things from Oscar’s point of view, which I think would have really helped here, especially with that whole weird situation with his ex-wife which to my mind was never resolved. I do love a good “opposites attract” romance, but I just didn’t see the two main characters click here unfortunately, so without that chemistry I actually got bored reading their sex scenes, which is usually a bad sign with a romance book. I did like the set up for the friend Clara who consults on hotels, and do plan on reading the next book in the series.
