25.1 - Bluemoon's task: CHRISTMAS IN THE 1960S.
This is a two book task. Chose two options below and read a book for each option.
OPTION 1 - ALUMINIUM CHRISTMAS TREES
The aluminium Christmas trees enjoyed their most popularity in the 1960s. Due to the risk of fire they could not be illuminated with strings of lights so a rotating color wheel could be bought to illuminate your tree in red, blue and green. I remember my great grandmother having this set up.
Read a book with a red, blue, and/or green OBJECT on the cover. This can be an actual object or stylized. Background color or lettering will not work for this task.

Start a new tradition this year by reading a book with the MPG Holiday by an author that is new to you. The holiday does not have to be Christmas but the author must be one you have not read before. The genre may stand alone or be embedded.
