So cute! I love the humour through this story, but it is also caring with some self-realisation for MC Derek. MC Luke is a great calming foil for Derek. An easy read and one that I will definitely be reading again. Sean Crisden does a great narration.

Review: I am not having the best of weeks so I went with something that I knew I previously liked. Oddly enough, this is a bit of a comfort read because I still love how the MC & his first BF managed to address their pasts, acknowledge their mistakes, and move on...and I adore that there is a different love interest. No second-chance reunion here because people grow and change and life doesn't always have the expected fairy-tale ending.

I didn't enjoy this one as much as the first but still a decent holiday read. Lots of editing error which kind of threw me out of the story and I think at some point I need to read these in order so I know the characters of Vale Valley better. Not a bad read but nothing great either.

I have to admit I did laugh at the comment of getting into the holiday spirit even though it was early. My son sent me a picture of my grandson in front of their Christmas tree today with the comment 'I regret nothing!' 😂 I have to admit I've thought of it myself (maybe not this early, but earlier than normal), but when I showed my hubby that picture he was not impressed. 🤷🏻♀️And you are on the list to get your next task tomorrow. 😊

This was the cutest best friends to lovers story I've read in a while. This is a new author to me and I just adored this book. Tanner and Roo had the kind of relationship dreams are made of and they did something so few in book do....the talked to each. *gasp* I know! Will definitely be reading more from the author.

This was quite a long book at 400 pages but I did enjoy it and it read quickly.
Moff is part of a rich family who have bodyguards and as the eldest is very protective of his siblings and cousins.
Farrow, slightly older than Moffy joins the team as his new body guard and the 2 fall in love.
I loved the cast of secondary characters and will read more in this series.

Review: When it comes to Military MM Romance, I have one pretty much guaranteed go-to author and it's LAW.
Here we have one enlisted MC and an officer MC who, unlike in a lot of stories where there's a hook-up between the two, know they're playing with fire from the start by having any sort of sexual relationship. I like that they took that chance, and continued to pursue the romance even in the face of being discharged. And I LOVED that Brent, the officer, was the one to wash his hands of the military in the end. Not just for a shot at a HEA with Will, but for himself. He grew up expected to follow in his father's footsteps and while it was a point of pride to do well, he was still miserable. That's no way to live.
And as always, NJR nailed the narration. God, the sex scenes alone were smoking hot, but his performance just added another level.

Really enjoyed this one. There were a couple of storylines moving through the story, along with the romance, and that really held my attention. Both MCs were well portrayed. This will be a reread :)
