To Kill a Kingdom by Alexandra Christo"
I've read this one already. It was really good. The best Little Mermaid retelling I've seen.

Courting Darkness by Robin LaFevers"
This one sounds really good! I'm a sucker for queer fairytale retellings!

Eleanor Oliphant Is Completely Fine
by Gail Honeyman"
This sounds like a nice, light, uplifting read.

Dance of Thieves by Mary E. Pearson"
I'd be open to reading either of the Mary E. Pearson books.

Where the Crawdads Sing
by Delia Owens"
Maybe it's the hype or the genre, but either way I'm really not interested in this book.

My aunt actually read this last summer, could barely put it down it seemed. There's definitely some darker themes from what I remember her talking about it.
