***the Add Book links are broken or something on this book. I tried several different times to get it to post. This is all i got. So I posted the page link. I don't get it because the other two book links in this post are OK. I even tried on Google from Edge and still it doesn't work.***
It's an excellent novel. The problem I had with it was the reeeeaaaalllllyyyyy long chapters! It is a true classic and I have been wanting to read it for a long time! Thank you for the little push to get me to finish it!

I have never read the book before to my regret as I really love the author's novels. It is wonderful and a perfect early 20th century romance to read on a summer day!

My five star book is GHOST STORY by Peter Straub. I have read it twice and it holds up to its rating. For my similar book I chose 20th CENTURY GHOSTS by Joe Hill, the son of the master of Thriller Fiction, Stephen King. Since I read a Stephen King book for another task., I decided to go with the kid.
20th Century Ghosts
Although the format is a little different, the creepiness, thrills and chills are the same as Straub. I have been a fan of his as well as King but he seems to always be in the shadow of King, which is a shame because he is excellent! I brag on him whenever I can. .
