Gremlin | 966 comments Congratulations, Laurel!

Now you and Angie can decide if you want to do a second round, upgrade to a Fancy level, or simply rest in a job well (and quickly!) done :)

I might do a second round . . . but I don't think I'm up for the Fancy level. Speling not my forte lol

Hillary (eledri) | 759 comments I'm in even though I failed at the last one, but that was because I was a slacker about reading in general towards the end of the year and because I was reading more adult than YA to play. :P

I will do the "Keep it Simple Stupid" level because I don't do resolutions and if I did do the fancy level it would be ridiculously long and need to involve more non-ya than 2. :P

Finished:
Skinwalker (Jane Yellowrock, #1) by Faith Hunter (Audlt)1/10 One Night That Changes Everything by Lauren Barnholdt (YA) 1/19 Vegan Virgin Valentine by Carolyn Mackler (YA) 1/27 Shelter (Mickey Bolitar, #1) by Harlan Coben (YA) 2/26 The Book of Broken Hearts by Sarah Ockler (YA Loophole) 3/17 and the last one... The Fire Sermon (The Fire Sermon, #1) by Francesca Haig (YA) 3/19

Hi Jamie! Here are couple of ideas!

F - Far Far Away by Tom McNeal or ..."

Thanks, Grem! I'll be taking two of those suggestions. It's a good thing I hardly ever read the popular authors or I'd be screwed lol

Sure thing, Shanna_redwind! As long as the books that you read fall into the guidelines of the challenge, I'd absolutely count them. :)

Brandi (brandireynolds) | 247 comments Just finished Altered (Altered, #1) by Jennifer Rush (liked ALOT! I think it has a Lux feel to it for those that have read that series). That is my third book in the challenge and since I'm half way through and still have a couple of months, I'm going to start the second book in this trilogy before diving into more new authors. Updated post #73

I know, right, Diane? I should warn you that (IMO) this series just keeps getting better.

message 124: by Diane (new)

Diane | 1234 comments That is what I hear and I am glad I picked it up for this challenge. I am reading Sabriel (Abhorsen, #1) by Garth Nix right now and I feel like it is going to be another series that I will be loving this year.

message 125: by Anna (new)

Anna | 231 comments Ok, so I think I'm going to do a fancy level as planned but also a simple one.

For the fancy level I finished We Should Hang Out Sometime Embarrassingly, a true story by Josh Sundquist for W.

For the simple level I finished Hex Hall (Hex Hall, #1) by Rachel Hawkins & Marina by Carlos Ruiz Zafón

Updated #12

And can I use My True Love Gave to Me Twelve Holiday Stories by Stephanie Perkins as a loophole book? It is a collection of short stories. I have read stuff by half the authors but the other half are new to me.

Jessabeth (jessabethy) | 20 comments I finished Gone Girl. Seemed like that took forever. Honestly if it hadn't been for this challenge I would've stopped at 50%.

I also forgot to ask if I can count Hex Hall since I hadn't read that author before? If so that is 3 books for me so far.

Of course, Jessabeth! As long as Hex Hall is by an author you haven't read before, you can count it :)
