Oh I didn't realize, when I did that, I had more HP then I switched out the levels to what Kelly posted. I was over in my HP. I didn't realize that it would kill me. That's what I get not understanding the HP and had a bunch of them. I had BANDAID filled out but Kelly pointed out that I had too many HP.

Now what do I do? :P

LOL! Don't panic, Rachel! It's o.k. You can't get killed in this game (Your health can't go bellow 0). :D You just erase that last Goblin battle (Battle 2) like it never happened.

Your stats would be: ♞ Level 3 Hero - Level 2 Sword, Level 2 Magic, 11 HP, 24 Exp ♞

If you still want to attack the Goblin you need to either heal up to at least 13 Health points OR level up one of your weapons' stats to LVL 3.

As it seems you have a healing word and books ready you can easily go with option 1:

Heal yourself first!
You don't have to spell out the whole healing word, just use as many letters of the healing word you need to heal yourself. In this case you'll need to gain the minimum of 2 HP (because you'll need 13 HP total to attack the goblin successfuly as explained bellow). If you want to spell out the word BANDAID -> use any 2 letters (BA for instance) of the word and keep the rest of the books in your book reserve. Thus your current health reached 13 out of 14 HP.

Once you're sufficiently healed attack the goblin again. :) The battle would look like this:

Battle 2:
♞ Level 3 Hero - Level 2 Sword, Level 2 Magic, 13/14 HP, 24 Exp ♞
Goblin - 6 AP, 10 HP - Reward: 1 Experience, 1 Goblin Bone

I would say that it would be more efficient to level up either of your weapons to LVL 3, then your Attack yould be 5 AP and you could kill Sewer Rats withour losing any HPs and when attacking the Goblin you'll lose "only" 6 HPs instead of 12 HPs (which is in my opinion rather a steep price for 1 XP and 1 Goblin bone).

Ahh yes. The special "rest and get better" healing can only be done outside of battle and only up to your main health. I'm guessing people will do this more later when they don't get as many free heals from leveling up.

There also may be some "full heal" type quests later on to help with the harder monsters.

I also recommend saving your heal potions for the uncommon/rare monsters since those would be very hard to kill (or impossible) without healing during the battle.

Darn learning curves. I was thinking with the spell outs we can sure earn a lot of points. I will save up for an uncommon monster. That way it will give me better skills when they drop items.

Also I am about to level up my weapons. :)

Current quest will last a varying amount of time. Two will be expiring mid February and I'll be posting those and the new ones soon. Any books that you haven't applied to get experience for may be reclaimed and used in a different quest though.
