Me too RitaSkeeter, I'll be back on my Summer "U" in January, then my Australia Day read.

Thanks Brenda! This mobile version is a bit limited. I can't reply directly to comments or add links. But I'm still reading my books! :-)
I've just finished my 7th - The Middle Window by Elizabeth Goudge - it was very ordinary and a bit odd in parts. I borrowed it off my aunt quite a while ago and I wanted to be able to give it back, but didn't want to give it back unread - even though she wouldn't have cared! I felt honour-bound to finish it! Now just the other that I borrowed off her at the same time to go - Friends and Lovers - and I know I used to read and enjoy Helen MacInnes (and may even have read this one before) so that one shouldn't be so arduous! So, for this challenge, I've now read:
One "M" read: The Middle Window by Elizabeth Goudge - 2.5 stars
All my Christmas reads
Christmas with Anne and Other Holiday Stories by L.M. Montgomery - 3 stars
Hercule Poirot's Christmas by Agatha Christie - 3 stars
Christmas at Harrington's by Melody Carlson - 3 stars
An Irish Country Christmas by Patrick Taylor - 3.5 stars
Guideposts for the Spirit: Christmas Stories of Faith by Julie K. Hogan - 3.5 stars
And my favourite genre read - Poet's Cottage – Josephine Pennicott - 3 stars

Odette wrote: "I copied the update progress from my first post and in process links to books and authors disappeared. Just wondering if there is a way of copying the links as well as the text?"If I want to copy links, Odette, I go back to my original post and click "edit". Then I highlight and copy the text, click "cancel edit" and paste the copied text in the comment box. Hope this works for you!

When you want to do that, click on "edit" (next to reply and delete) then copy your edited list - past that where you want it to go, not forgetting to "cancel edit" in the first post...

It's a good thing to know - it takes enough time to put all the links in the first time - you don't want to be having to do it again and again to update!

@ Zoey, I really enjoyed reading Razor: Tilly Devine, Kate Leigh and the Razor Gangs ....really dark and dangerous times in Sydney they were.I read an earlier version a few years ago Razor: A True Story Of Slashers, Gangsters, Prostitutes And Sly Grog by Larry Writer and can highly recommend it. I think yours is a recent version of the same, made for the Underbelly television series, which was also very good.
