Dori, no I didn't do that. I didn't know I could delete him from the group (I an not the group admin), and I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt.

I don't need your mansplaining. This is not the group to share random reviews. This group is for NetGalley users. Did you get this book from NetGalley? There are hundreds of groups on Goodreds, you should find a group that discusses "the most important contemporary creators of word culture."

I noticed that other members of this group also left their reviews that they wrote on Goodreads website. Read: message 2602: by Caroline is reviews.
I notice that all information about comments in this group, such as book titles, book cover images, reviews, writers and accounts, refers to Goodreads website.https://www.goodreads.com/
It is not clear to me why the users of this group in their comments do not leave links to the reviews they have written on NetGalley?
It turns out that users of this group who have written a review on GoodReads cannot post a link to the review in the group if that book does not exist on NetGalley. Fantastic!

It's nothing personal,Зоран. This particular thread/conversation is titled. "What Books Are You Currently Reading From NetGalley".
This is where NetGalley readers find out what we think of the books we are reading that we received from NetGalley. We all read many other books, but we post our reviews in other groups. It's a way to alert us to books we might have missed!
There are heaps of other groups, and you can join as many as your want, as far as I know. You can join NetGalley here. I don't know if there's a specific one for your country or not. https://www.netgalley.com/
The thriller Falling, by T.J. Newman, has attracted a lot of fans, and I can see why. It would make a terrific movie or mini-series. A terrible dilemma, lots of tension, and some good characters.
3.5★ Link to my review of Falling

The Bible is the oldest book written by hand on parchment before the existence of the printing press. It is the first book that Gutenberg printed, before the existence of the ISBN number. Now, on the GoodReads website, there are 7292 editions with ISBN number, some editions and reviews are older than 2007.
Race Cars: A children's book about white privilege is an illustrated story of two cars, one black and one white, who are best friends. The "committee" keeps making the black car's race longer!

I was delighed to enjoy watching Richard Osman's Thursday Murder Club solve the mystery of The Man Who Died Twice. It's every bit as good as their first outing, I reckon!

I am currently reading You've Reached Sam by Dustin Thao. Reminds me of the movie "Frequency" with Dennis Quaid. Like so far and waiting to see how the plot develops.
I have just finished Amokspiel by Sebastian Fitzek and am now moving onto The Twyford Code by Janice Hallett. Loved The Appeal so really looking forward to this
I just finished Oh William!
Lovely addition to the Lucy Barton series. My four star review:

I'm currently reading a few books from NetGalley. I tried to increase my feedback ratio, and then suddenly I was approved for the books I wanted to read. Now I'm currently reading 100 Things to Know about Inventions, The Best Short Stories 2021: The O. Henry Prize Winners and A Bathroom Book for People Not Pooping or Peeing But Using the Bathroom as an Escape.
Hopefully I don't lower my feedback ratio again
I just enjoyed the tender and funny Under the Whispering Door by T.J. Klune, the story of a selfish man who uncomfortably learned about friendship, love, and life only after he died.

I always like the Buzz Books, by Publishers Lunch, which publish the first chapters or excerpts from dozens of upcoming books and are free for anyone to download and read.Buzz Books 2021:Fall/Winter includes selections from famous established authors and some wonderful debuts. There's also non-fiction and Young Adult. I've included a smattering of samples of a few that appeal to me.

The Rowland Sinclair historical mystery series is terrific. He and friends travel around the world "between the wars" (WWI & WWII), chasing Nazis, dodging gangsters, mixing with the rich and famous (which Rowly is himself). Cameos: JFK, Errol Flyyn, F. Scott Fitzgerald among others.

For such a shy kid, Andy Warhol grew up to become a famous Pop Artist and friend of celebrities. Here's another book for kids and their grown-ups. (colourful education!)

Read the next installment in a co-authored romantic suspense series I really enjoy.

The Last Time She Died by Zoë Sharp, one of my favorite authors and her ARC invitation is the reason why I joined NG.
Sharp's newest protagonist holds so much potential and intrigue as a main character!

Don't forget to remember! Having said that, you're probably remembering it all wrong anyway. Neuroscientist Lisa Genova has got it all covered in Remember: The Science of Memory and the Art of Forgetting, which explains a lot about why we argue about memories and worry about dementia.
Interesting, easy read and excellent resource.

A bit behind so I just got to the latest installment in a historical romance series I really like that released this summer.
Never Mix Sin with Pleasure (Infamous Lords, #5) by Renee Ann Miller

Better off Dead by Lee Child and Andrew Child. And better than their first collaboration.
My 3.5 ☆ (rounded up) review - www.Goodreads.com/review/show/4137665338
The Ice SwanBy the author of The Socialite, it's time to armchair travel to 1917 Russia where the aristocracy are seeking shelter in Paris. What will they find in France? A change of locale or in circumstances?
