PattyMacDotComma | 631 comments I loved Trent Dalton's first book (Boy Swallows Universe), which was largely autobiographical. There's no question he can write.

All Our Shimmering Skies is good, but I was spoiled by what I know he is capable of.

I just enjoyed Kopp Sisters on the March by Amy Stewart, number five in the series. It's April 1917, just before America enters WW1, and the sisters are off to army camp with another colourful character.

I'm very fond of this gentle, witty cleric whom William of Orange keeps dragging away from his comfortable university post to work for him.

I enjoyed the book! It's a different type of read than her other novels but the second half is action-packed!

And I just started reading We Are Satellites late last night, though it is not the cover I have pictured here it is a red cover on Netgalley and due out 13th May. I have only read a little of it but am already intrigued by the technology of the "Pilot" that everyone in this books futuristic world seems to covet.
