I just finished No Rest for the Wicked by Kresley Cole, book 2 in the Immortal After Dark Series. I really enjoyed it. At first, I hated the heroine and felt sorry for the hero. As the story progressed, I felt sorry for Kaderin the heroine, and had a few moments where I wanted to slap Sebastian the hero. But, with the humor, romance, and adventure, it all balanced out. I loved the immortal version of Amazing Race that took place. I had my doubts after book one, but after reading book two, I'll definitely be continuing with this series.

Michelle, I heard too that Dresden Files #1 wasn't all that good. It's not that I dislike it though. All this PNR books have got me in a different state of mind and Dresden doesn't fit in it.

Loved Clay! I must have a thing for "rude, weird, obsessive, anti-social" men, but I started enjoying the book a whole lot more when he was introduced into the story. Philip, on the other hand, just irritated the hell out of me!

Deadly Game was another great story in Feehan's GhostWalker series. I like the Norton brothers but man, I just wish someone would take that psycho Whitney out already! Although I guess that would mean the end of the series :)

Ok, after searching through a bunch of my friends I finally found someone who has Dangerous Games in their list. Since that's the next of the 5 Riley Jenson books I have GOT to get read and returned to the library, I'm swapping that for my last book. I'm about 1/4 of the way through it and am NOT a happy reader right now. I'm not sure why, I mean, I did like the others. Maybe its just that I don't like being rushed, ya know? Unfortunately, I can't renew these because someone (or possibly someoneS) else has them on reserve.

If you go to the page for the book, it'll show which of your friends has the book under reviews. So instead of searching each friend individually, just find the book you want and check the page to see who has it.

Loved Loved absolutely loved the Smoke Thief. You have to read this book.

Dime Store Magic wasn't bad. But there wasn't any Clay and Elena aaaand although Paige is a lot better than she was in book 2, i guess i was still missing Clay to enjoy it well. I love this series tho. Will definitely be reading book 4. Lucas is the first hero who i would called 'Cute'. Can't think of another word for him

I LOVED Barely Bewitched!!! I don't want to give anything away but this series is HILARIOUS! I love the small town set up and the characters. It has a love triangle that I can't even pick a side on because I love both of the men. lol That has NEVER happened before! I strongly suggest that everyone go pick up the first in the series.

Book 4 of the Riley Jenson books was, um, well, interesting. Riley winds up battling not only the evil, warped, lab-created evil vamp from the first 3 books--but also a dark god, his priestess and his right hand 3 headed dragon. VERY weird. But the story was intriguing and held my interest. Except I keep thinking "poor Riley, the only other heroine I read regularily who gets beaten up as much is Sookie." Still, I guess that a book on "what they did for their summer vacation" might be a little boring, yes?
