Only a PDF copy stays the same, or we can use the publisher site for epub page numbers.

I believe it's self-published and the author does not give that information on her website on any of her books (most don't - I don't think I've ever come across one that does). It is given on the seller site I got it from - one that is not part of Amazon though so GR will not use it for that reason either.

Page count is basic information that should be part of the book information if it's out there and from what I understand kindle page counts don't mean much either (something to do with locations?), but it still gives an idea of the length of the book and that's what many people look for.

Okay, so do I set the OPD on a date in the future then?

Sandra | 31472 comments Elke, no, the original publication date, is the first time a work was published.

If you go to the book edit page, its listed down the bottom in Work Settings. When you enter the date there it is then on all book editions.
